This meets the challenge of "Color" but is lacking an interesting focal point. I do admire your inventiveness in experimenting with technique though. This could be used to your advantage with a subject other than a keyboard. There could really be some artsy-ness as a result. It has an almost neon glow. The colors are cool, as opposed to warm, and kewl, as in COOL MAN!!! Tehehehe
I like your use of border.

Funky lighting and color. I'm not sure WHAT is spinning there, but it's interesting looking. I wish the cool effect covered the whole pic (top right and lower left are left out, perhaps on purpose?)

Very interesting effect. What did you use as a filter? Decent approach to the challenge, but the colors of the border really detract from your overall shot, in my opinion.
