| It's a shame it finished 90th. I had this in my top pics. The model's pose tell a lot. The water might be a bit overexposed but I like the composition and the overall cleansiness of it. |

| Love to know where you are in California. I grew up in So Cal and am hoping to return soon. This image was one of my top 5's in the challenge. Just so perfectly eloquent. |

| I would like this a lot better if the detail in the shadows was better. Still a nice shot that tells a story. |

| I really like the toning effect. The high key waves and surfboard gives this photograph a California motiff. I like it very much. |

| I don't see how this relates to the challenge. It is a very emotive capture, however. The contrast between the too dark foreground and the too light background weakens this image for me. |
