 I thought that this would be clever. I cut the ribon out of construction paper and lit it with a LED keychain light, the whole thing was lit from the side by a filtered window.

Post processing: I did a slight gausian blur on the hands, desaturated red and yellow to get rid of some funny skin tones, and slightly increased the blue saturation. I then realized that I made the ribon backwards, so I fliped the entire shot horizontally

I hope people like this Idea, and I think it'll be pretty well recieved.

It kind of reminds me of the natzi flag! I can't understand why though... :/

imho the lighting is too dark to provide any details, and there's a fakeness to the ribbon that is not effective. the basic idea has some promise, but i feel it's let down by the execution. it's a 3 from me, sorry.

This is good, and it gets an easy 6. But as long as we're playing in this category, it might have been interesting to give this a little PS filter help with the global distortion to give the symbol a little depth. Okay, that 2 cents gives you a down payment on a cup of coffee. ;>)

Don't wake up. It's too close for that now.
I like wha't you have done but also feel that if the ribbon was made to look a nicer, maybe silky wavy type of thing, it would look great. It's a bit flat now. I know it's supposed to be a dream and we're not talking reality here, but .. just an opinion.
