Makes it all look like glass -- nice effect. If you invert the whole image it looks fluorescent, like one of those paintings airbrushed onto black velvet.

Whew! I'm glad I balked at my idea of photographing glass candies! Elegant, intricate and lively colors. I think all of these could be increased on a different background, or perhaps with a bit closer cropping. Still, a fun image that captures the essence of candy.

nively captured eery feeling, well fitting to the title. Still a little bit too much 'constructed' to make a deep impression.

For me a little over-exposed.

yum. glass. i bet most people cant tell tho. if i were you rather than jumble them all together, i'd do a good closeup of just one.

Cute idea. Very sharp focus, good color and a nice of negative space, but I\'m not liking your choice of background colors. It seems to stark against these very bright colors (is there such a thing as too much contrast?) I like the shadows cast by the glass pieces, wouldn\'t mind seeing more of them. 6 Rob the Swash

Jelly beans don't have any fat. And they are so good. I like this shot. The lighting is excellent. Simply and clean. Just the way I like it. Good luck.

very colorfful but a little soft on focus...looks like I would break a few teeth on these.

I wouldn't have thought of going high key with this but I'm glad you did. Only wish I could see it bigger so I could see more of the detail. Composed very well, perfect amount of negative space surrounding the action.

Yes, I can see how these sweets could be good for dieting.

Nice crop - I'm glad you didn't crowd them. Interesting colors and assortment. 8

a little too overexposed (i do this all the time, just look at my indoor macro and egg shots - and boy did my scores suffer). good luck.

That's not candy... it's glass. :) Doesn't matter. Very nice shot and I like the shadows they leave.

Interesting high key shot. I don't generally like high key shots, but this one isn't too bad really. Still a bit too bright but a nice idea. Is that plastic candy?
