 My nephew was whining to be held, like usual. He's very spoiled and thinks he needs to be held all the time. Anyway...great shot of him I think!

What a cutie. Love the face. The bottom of the picture is a bit bright. I might have cropped it out. The expression is priceless though.

A lovely portrait shot, but it seems that the title is the only thing that ties it to the challenge. The bright clothing in the bottom left is a bit distracting, but otherwise a great use of b/w to bring out the emotion of the moment.

Without the title I would think this picture showed emotion, not decision.

always focus on the eyes. it looks like you focused on the nose/teeth area since the subject's chin was up and thus the closest object to the camera's focus meter

I don't feel that the image conveys instantly recognizable decision. Very dramatic pic though.

the bottom third is full of dead space. i would have liked it better if you placed the babies face nearer to the bottom, slightly right of center.
