Very well-composed, the lines of this are pleasing. I don't quite understand the title but I won't hold that against you, that's my problem. Colors are nice, and the lighting works.

Make the boy stand in front of the crossroads would make this an excellent picture.

I don't feel that the image conveys instantly recognizable decision. Or rather, I don't feel the need to make a decision. I understand that the boy could be making a decision... but for me it's not rock solid. Kudos on the shot good color. I think an improvement would have been some friends heading down one path motioning the boy to follow, and then the boy looking down the other path as though 'deciding which one to go down'. For me this would have been a rock solid decision making photo... because the boy is put in the situation of having to make a decision. So 4 is my score for this photo.

Would have been a more obvious decision to have him trecking down one path.

would like to have seen the guy in focus as well. i know these fork in the road shots are perfect for bullseye composition, but it would be refreshing to see a different perspective

in focus, very green, choice rather than decision

For me this is not a photo of a decision, because the boy has to choose between two possibilities and hasn't made his decision. But if he had already made his decision and were walking one of those two paths in the photo it would be a photo of a decision IMHO. Nice shot though!
