I missed commenting on this one during the challenge. It's really great. The water looks wonderful and the little touch of red really makes this. Now let's see if you can top it in the bird challenge. :-)

A very classic subject and composition. The red reflections on the waves and the short DOF make this interesting.

A very pristine picture - the cool soft water and the rough rock and the sharp red beak - I like the way you have made the composition off center. Good light, good focus - the bird gets a little lost in the lines of the water.

The legs are rather unrealisticly red, but then I like unrealistic colors;-) Good shot.

Isn't freedom one of those words that stands on it's own? seems like a bit of a stretch to me! nevermind, just thinking out loud...anyway, neat photo!
