Nice variation on the coin toss idea. You took a popular idea and made it creative with a unique perspective, the focus became the people not the coin. Nice comppsition, draws your eyes up to the coin.

I don't feel that the image conveys instantly recognizable decision. The coin is also hard to make out as a coin. Otherwise a fairly decent image.
