I don't feel that the image conveys instantly recognizable decision. Good pic... really good.

To choose to serve. An honorable decision, however this image does not alone invoke that decision. It tells me a story of honor, recognition, memory. It is a well shot and processed image, but a weak link to 'decision' that to me would have been better (militarily) posed by a young man or woman approaching a recruiting office. I can only offer a 4 compared to other images that seem to communicate the decision in a more obvious manner.

Nice photo - good strong colours and an interesting subject. Unfortunately I feel that the title is required to support the challenge criteria, which may result in lower votes by some.
