 I found this guy near St. Alban's cathedral in England. He was just a little baby and I don't think he knew how to fly because he let me get right up next to him...I think I was about 5 feet away and I luckily had my 300mm on at the time. So this isn't a crop, just a resize. He was a nice little bird but my family scared him away. He got airborn a bit, but mostly just hopped away. I didn't touch the eye in post processing...he had the coolest blue eyes ever. Post processing included a bit of curves, healing brush on the background, a small bit of hue/saturation on the entire image, and resizing/sharpening.

Beautiful detail in the feathers.
Odd bit of yellow on the beak suggests you pumped the saturation a bit too much in post-process.
