 Went to the SF zoo.. in the childrens zoo they had a small cage of wild turkeys. This one came up to the fence, so I snapped away! I love how the colors and texture stands out.

A bit dark, but you have excellent colors going on here. Too bad you couldn't capture him without the cage.... Nice pic

Great subject, shame about the bars. You could perhaps have blurred them by moving the camera lens right up close to them.

Even though the fence is a nuisance (I know myself from shooting at the zoo last weekend!) it doesn't seem to be so bothersome in this image. The positioning of the "fauna" is optimal and the cropping, although tight, is also good. The only small problem is the overall darkness in the image, but I guess you couldn't have done too much about that right?
