 A lesson in patience for both of us. It took about an hour and a half for him to get his fish and me to get the shot. Failing light meant I couldn't satisfactorily capture the strike itself.

Some levels, saturation, sharpening and blurring.

great capture. lighting looks a bit unnatural as if from a flash. i really like how the eyes came out. i wish the background wasn't so similiar in color to the subjects

Hard to get a different background with the gray rocks, but he gets lost a little. Nice focus on the bird.

Beautiful detail, nicely caught. Seems a bit centered though, might have left a little more space in front of the bird....

Beautiful! How did you get the bird to pose??? The fish and background really adds to the oberall picture. Seems slightly soft, but does not detract from photo.

This is brilliant, what a moment to capture. Would grace any wildlife magazine. My compliments. The pose makes the composition, lovely crisp main subject, nicely softened background. My favourite!
