Hey, Ruthiek, i'm happy for you for doing so well in this challenge. That's really great. Oops, my comment comes across as negative - wasn't intended that way. Think i saw this one at the tail-end of voting on over 400 pics and must have run out of steam. Yup, those g3 colors are just great :) |

THe framing of this shot shows more of the beach than the actual flora. I I think it should have been framed lower and a bit wider. |

Very nice shot. A touch blown out on the center left. I would have toned down the white channel a drop, and cropped out the bottom dead bloom. Great use of DOF and good choise of background. |

This picture comes across as very static to me. That's probably due to the prominent horizon and the flowers seeming so 'lined up'. I would have been able to appreciate it more if the main, center, flower would have shown just a little more detail. 6 Journey |

I like the beach in the bg, it gives a nice contrasting color to the photo. I am also happy that you left some of the dried out/dying flowers in it :) |

Nice color contrast. Works well here. Hmmmm.... maybe a closer vertcal crop to put the center flower in one of the 3rds would've had a stinger impact. Good shot though. |

Nice composition. I think it would have been even more effective if you would have only included the middle flowers. Good luck Jacko. 8 |

Those daisies stand out well on the blue background, good idea. Yellow on blue always works well - 8. |

Excellent colors and composition here. The background's focus is perfect with the white lines of the waves giving an abstract and artifical horizon. This is a beauty. |

Blue background is good contrast to the yellow. Would prefer the water either more or less in focus. |

Great colors. The older flowers on left and right are a little distracting. A vertical shot might have worked better. |

good colours, more DOF would have helped enormously here. |
