took me a moment to figure out what I was looking at here, but he's got his head thrown back in a big yawn. I like the choice for bw too, there is good contrast here with the dark tree branches in the background. |

i would like to have seen more of the bird, it takes a while to figure out what it is.

Great title and a lovely nature shot but, as I've said with a lot of other pics this week, this pic could do with being made a bit bigger. |

A little unfortunate that the tree is right behind him.. makes him look like he is swallowing the branch. Howver, a nice crisp photo - you can see the viens in the pouch! The white of the bird stands out as well as its yawn! |

A marvillous bird is the pelican. His beak can hold more than his belican. But I'm stumped - I don't know how the helican. |

Man he's tired! The sleeping bird out the back does a lot for this pic, it tells me a story. The main subject is full in focus and sharp. Well done. |
