Challenge: Metal (Basic Editing III)
Camera: Canon PowerShot A80
Location: Tracks just North of Chillicothe, IL
Date: Jun 15, 2005
Aperture: 7.1
ISO: 50
Shutter: 1/50
Date Uploaded: Jun 18, 2005

Cropped, histogram/curves adjustment, desat green/yellow/red, resize, very slight usm, add borders.

Decided to recreate a time-honored tradition of putting a penny on the railroad tracks and have a train smash it. Thought it would be fun to relive a childhood activity.

I like the angles. IMO would have been even better if the train was approaching. 7

I think this shot would have been more effective if the crushed penny was closer and larger.
