I don't understand why you've chosen to desaturate, it doesn't add anything to the shot that having the whites, greys & browns of the track would give IMO. Sepia may have worked, but I would prefer to see it in normal colours.
Composition is good and I like the idea though. |

desaturation of particular channels is a really great way to bring emphasis to your subject, but I feel myself drawn first to the trees, and not to the tracks, like I ought to be. The leading lines are interesting though, and lead our eyes to that train or whatever it is there (is it off the tracks? its a bit odd actually, but I'll take it)
I'd be curious to see this shot in colour or desaturated only the green. |

| One of the highest rated this time around. I like the professionalism (a breath of fresh air after a lot of amateur shots). The sunlight on the tracks looks great, good depth, color vs gray tracks. - 8 |
