Thanks everyone for the comments. Yep, it's definitely over-sharpened. I did it on purpose, though, because I liked the effect. |

Very nice with a wonderful line leading to a good subject. The only thing is that the colors are a bit muted for my taste. |

nice composition but it looks like it went through one too many sharpenings. |

to my eyes, this looks like it has had too much sharpening. Otherwise, it's an excellent photo. |

What a beautiful place! Can I live in your toolshed??? I think I would be quite content in those surroundings :) I love your curvy leading lines. In fact, I just love this picture overall. |

Wonderful shot, perfect for this challenge. I wish greens were more vivid though, then it would go straight to my favorites. Good luck in this challenge!! |

A virtually perfect example of leading lines actually leading someplace. I would have voted it a point or two higher if the sharpening was more subtle. Well done. Among my top dozen picks. |

Leading lines or curves generally have two purposes. One is to lead the viewer into the scene. The other is to lead you toward the main subject. It is most effective if they come in from the lower left because that is the natural direction humans visually scan a picture from so are easiest to pick up.
Classic and fine example of a leading line. Congrats, you nailed the challenge topic perfectly. |

I really like the lines of the curvy road in this picture. The lighting is fantanstic. The only thing is...it appears a little over sharpened. 9 |
