I like the composition and the choice of DOF. This I believe would work very well with selective desat keeping only the daisies in colour.

it seems like the daisys are more of the focus instead of the metal.

This is a good shot but it seems that the flowers are more the subject than the steel rail.

original concept, like the contrast of nature and metal/manmade object

What a pleasantly contrasting composition. Nice juxtaposition. So much good balance at work here that the harmonies just sing a lovely melody. My pick for one of the ribbons and adding to my favorites.

I think a deeper DOF would look better, and the photo is more about the flowers then the metal. Nice shot though.

When I look at this photo, all my eye is actually attracted to are the daisies, beautiful as they are, they take away the attention from the metal 'beam' and that's a pity I think, because I like the concept. Because it's a beautiful photo I'll rate it a 7 anyway.

Ah! Heavy metal for heavy metal. Those flowers keep getting my attention.

Doesn't make me think metal, but what a delightful photo!

DOF through the foreground is really well done. Nice composition and crop.

This appears as if you centered weighted the exposureand used a medium appature, which has givrn a sharp focus where you aimed the camera,IMO less daisies at this point would have been a better composition, I like the effect.....7

this could have been another dull flower photo, but i admire your selection of flower (simple is beautiful) and also the smart use of DOF, tho I had to point out that the center of the photo, the blurred daisies there is a bit distracting. I guess it was intentional tho. my score? 8
