I thought this was an interesting mix of the small to the large - in the air transportation business... from 4 to 300+ passengers.

Did thie really come out of a D100?! as others have said, you really should sort out your re-sizing and compression ...

Anyway, this is your critique club moment.

The noise and artefacts in general make it difficult to say much about this, it's so distracting. I like the idea of it - the two planes, but there are a host of problems: the light is very flat, the whole image is so cluttered that it makes it difficult to latch on to the central parts of it. The way it's cropped seems quite arbitrary, but that might just be all the stuff everywhere.

I guess it was pretty much a snapshot - presumably the Cessna wasn't parked there in front of the jumbo, so prehaps there's nothing to be done about the clutter, or trying different angles. You have caught something of the size of the 747, with it looming against the sky like that, but, for me, that's about all the merit in the shot. The grey, flat light is also probably not something you could do much about, but it's still a problem with the photo.

I'm amazed at your final score - I'd be interested to know what you were expecting, especially given your average vote cast being so very low.

Looks like a mama bird feeding her nestlings in one of those nature shows...

What a crummy day. You gotta shoot 'em when you can though I guess. I like the portrayal of size, in terms of both aircrafts. The small plane looks really small and it makes the big plane look really big. That's a nice contrast.

great subject, but a little over exposed

antialiasing issues on all lines in this photo, wonder if it is a problem with your image-program or the camera itself. Also some jpeg compression issues (this photo is only 40kb!) Nice idea though... - 5

Good photo but your image quality has suffered because your file size is only 39kb. You can go up to 150 and it wouldn`t look as fuzzy.

Cluttered and random composition - loose other wing in forground or include more of that plane. Too much white sky. I like the idea of comparison between such a big plane and small one - maybe crouching down in front of a small plane with that plane sharp and clear, whiel using small depth of field to have a fuzzy but recognizable 747 in the background. Both planes filling the frame.

Otherwise known as a speedbump. This was a fun one to see.

Nice use of lines here.
