Greetings from the Critique Club :)
I like the composition of the shot. The boat and reflection together is a presentation I know I would be partial to as well. The sun on the water does make the shot a little over exposed and too bright above the boat.
I think an off center presentation of the boat probably would have moved this image more toward art and a little away from "snapshot" as far a composition goes.
The focus is great. I like the detailing on the sail and the clear ripples in the water.
Overall I would say that this is a great shot. A little adjustment to the brightness and a minor shift in composition would improve it.

This was my first photo entry. So I am very very pleased. I just wish I would have made the boat off center. Didn't really think about it until after the comments....
Thanks all...

I think this is an excellent black and white, but I don't particularly care for the centered composition as much as I might if it was off center somewhat... |

I like this shot, although the whites are a bit blown out. Love the idea though! Also it is needing a straighten. |

nice capture. the surface of the water looks awesome! i looks like the horizon is at a slight angle and mabye could have benefited from some slight rotation, but that's jus a nit. great shot. |

Nice composition. I really like the shadow of the boat. It makes it look like a fin carving through the water. Great work! |

striking image - my only very small wish is that the boat had been a tad off center |

This one looks rather fuzzy to me. But it's a nice composition nonetheless. - 5 |

great picture, but do feel it would have been improved by the rule of thirds, and getting to sea level (am aware of the difficulties in doing this). |

I'm going to bet this doesn't do so well on DPC - but I love it. 9. |
