Already kow how I feel about this one. But it deserves another look for sure. I like the angle of view, it really makes this work. Well done!

Wow! Talk about some leading lines for sure. Nice close-up of his face. The lighting is very nice, although I would have liked to have seen more of his eye. Other than that, get rid of the lower right corner without the zebra in it, and you'd have a 10 from me if I was voting.

Nice "fill the frame" shot. Very well composed. I prefer greater DOF in these types of shots but that's a personal preference.

is a zebra white with black stripes or black with white stripes?;-) nice but perhaps something could have been done to bring the eye out even more..

a bit soft over the eye, but if not for that it would be a shoe in to go blue. It might anyway.

Zebras are often photographed but rarely in this way. I think you did a great job of incorporating the challenge into this shot. Bump high.

Very neat picture, but something about the exposure isn't quite right. Lookes like it's maybe overexposed a hair - the blacks aren't really black & the whites are a little blown. I really like the composition, though, and the concept is fantastic.

This would have been really great if the eye was more prominent...a little more from the left would have added a lot.

good idea, but maybe the composition could have been bettered served without trying to get such a magnified shot which isn't this particular lense's strong suit. maybe instead of lines on the zebra , which i'm finding lead the eye away from your focal point, down to the bottom right anyway, you could have found lines leading the eye to the zebra(s). that adds even more irony. just some thoughts.
