| I am not a bug person but, a nice shot none the less. I like your choice of a red background and while there is significant shadow on the top that is balanced nicely overall. |

| Photo is mostly fine. A bit stronger focus would have helped IMO. I don't resonate with the subject much but that's a matter of personal taste. Not so sure about challenge rlevance but I understand your logic. |

The colouring and composition of this image is very good.
What insect is it? What is that white substance near the bottom?
