I thought that this was a winner.

I gave it high marks for thinking out of the box, and for everything else a good pix demands.

Nice job, too bad a bug and a flower took the ribbons.

Good lighting and macro showing steel points and the texture of the metal..repetition of the pattern is very pleasing to the eye.

I have no idea what this might be, but I like the texture and light here.
Those sharp points add to a somewhat gloomy mood but he tones seem a bit watmer. At least on my monitor. I think it adds a lot here.
One of the more interesting shots in the challenge IMO.

Nice shot ... I find the two points on the right side distracting and I think they should have been cropped out ... good lighting ... if possible to make it even better (IMO) get the last row of teeth in focus too ...
