I really like this alot. I wish it were a larger image. :~( It reminds me of my mom hanging out clothes on the line. Really well shot. Great perspective and I like the blurred one in the background.

I'm sorry I didn't get to bump this up ... but then I didn't get to finish voting in this Challenge.

I didn't get around to commenting but I'm a little disappointed that this ended up all the way down here. Terrific feel to this shot and it was great to see something original against all the bugs and flowers out there.

I gave you an 8, at least you scored 6+ :)

Nice. Don;t know if this will do well but it's original, well put together and very nice in greyscale. Lacks wow factor. 8

I have to admit I love the bug shots but this is very different & I love it! I think the focus is right on with it. The blured background works great! This is something I would hang on my wall, in the laundry room of course.

Great shot. Ordinary item made extraordinary with this interesting angle. The lost detail in the wood around the spring is sad. I would have loved to see this in color which would have allowed those details to be more easily seen. I love B&W, but sometimes, color is important, and this might be one of those times. Still a great image. <8>

Darn but I'm a sucker for shallow DOF, black and white images and quirky subject matter. If you have it all I don't stand a chance do I? :o)

I missed this the first time I was perusing the challenge. I like this alot. I remember hanging clothes on the line! The sepia is a perfect filter. Nice use of shadow and focus on the main clothespin. I wish it were a larger picture though.
