I don't get how this didn't place AT LEAST in the top 20. I give up on what the voters here think is a good or bad picture. I personally love this pic and think that you were robbed. Better luck next time. |

Excellent depth of field. The lady in the powered cart is a nice added bonus. |

Why the tree in the foreground? |

oh goodness! my first bit of attention was at the lady on the motorized thing.. LOL I guess that means you might have missed keeping the attention on your main subject, despite the background being out of focus. I am curious how this shot would have turned out if you did a very severe crop right above that little that is above the wheels.. might have worked out, or might just be me off on a flight of fancy! :) |

Which, the bike wheels or the lady on the scooter? |

One of my fav's so far. I pick this one to place. If it doesn't do well (top ten at least), then your work has not been appreciated (sometimes that is a complement). |

Nice DOF and lines of the road. Does the title refer to the wheels, or the lady on the motorised cart? Or both :) |

I like the effect that you used for this picture but i think that by focusing more on the wheels would have improved this picture but nice work |

The lady in the wheelchair is more interesting than the two "old" wheels. |

Very clever and nice spin on the theme, but I think a bit more focus on the subjects would improve it by cropping the top a bit. |

beautiful photo... the mood here seems to be nicely enhanced with the shallow depth of field... the transportation theme is doubled by the the bike wheels and the 'moblie' lady on the left. I particularly like the toning on the photo. It adds a mood and warmth of some sort that black and white doesn't do. excellent work... = 10 - setzler |

A good ambivalent title! What is old and retired the woman in the back ;). |

You mean the lady in the chair, or the bike tires? :) |
