Good theme for a picture. I don't like that they aren't in actual playing positions. Good exposure and framing though. |

I like the reflection of the pieces in the 'black' fields. You did a good job with the composition and the use of black as the bacground color.
I got a few remarks, though: The pieces are slightly out of focus, and the 'thing' behind the last chesspiece works distracting to me, also does the border of the board in the down-right corner. The pieces also got a kind of magenta color cast (is that how you call it in english?), wich I don't like, but that's subjective off course. Regards, Marco. |

Good job on capturing the glass and reflections. I think it might be even better if cropped tighter on both left and right sides so edge to edge is soldiers. |

There seems to be something on the edge of the chess board beyond the last pawn. Hiding or removing it would have completed a very clean photo. |
