I am looking for an interplay of light and surface here. This image has it. The DOF is a little short but the POV is great. The detail is amazing. 7 - good luck in the challenge!

Very neat. I never expected a match head to be glossy. The light makes nice highlights around the holes to help show them.

I really like this representation of texture. I would love to see it against a colored background, or possible white. The dark gray does not emphasize the match head as much as it should.

Very, very very, and I mean very good one. Perfect use of a macro to fit in the theme of challenge. Nice control of dof and color.

I think the execution of this picture is perfect, but the subject is just not very interesting for me.
