Driving along, near the beach, and went past this wood, which must have been quite freshly cut and was being dried - stacks and stacks of it. I do love wood, especially when you can see the natural curves and bends in it.

Did almost nothing in PP. Just Levels, Curves and USM.

Interesting texture and contrast. Most of the wood macros were sort of ho hum but this has some punch. You chose an interesting angle to the shot so the leading lines go diagonally. I like that.
