This was one of my favorite places that we went to visit during our Oregon trip last summer. I'm not sure I like the sepia or yellow tone of this picture. I do believe that this is a good canidate for selective desaturation...to desaturate everything but the cheese blocks. By the way, if it weren't for the title, I or anyone else would really know what this picture was specifically about. The blocks could also be butter...or do they make butter too? Hmm. Ok this is enough..LOL I give you a 6

you could try cropping out some of those pipes at the top of the photo.
