 Funny thing...I was taking self portraits in this doorway when a woman and her grandmother decided to exit into the alley through the very same door. The younger woman was freaked out and asked me if the camera was pointed at her and the door. I said "Yes, it sure is." She called her grandma and ran off. I tried to tell her not to worry--I wasn't taking pictures of her, but she was determined to be freaked out. So be it.

I set my Sb-800 to strobe mode and moved around while the flash was firing. It's only a 3 second exposure, but that's relatively long.. :)

This is very cool. I sort of wish the whole image were just a touch darker ... to go along with the sinister title and mood you are trying to convey, but despite what I've said, you've still done a good job.

I like this shot. Its composed well and has some good golors ti it. I would have also like to see it in B&W but thats ok. I like the ghostly image from the person entering, it goes well with the green. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <6>

Did you get a lot of flak about your shadow shot? I know I did. Apparently, nobody appreciates shadows in long exposures. Yours is probably better than mine. At least you have part of it in focus, which was the main bad comment about mine.

Spooky, sinistre, mysterious, intriguing - i.e. this one conveys a whole heap of potential scenarious and moods. Nice colours and textures too.
