Beautiful, simply beautiful. Great colors, composition, and shot in general. A border might have looked nice, but other wise no complaints :) 8 |

Nice. Makes one wonder about the trodden path. Nice color gradation of sky. |

Stunning shot. I love the softness of it. The colors are lovely and soothing. You have great perspective in this shot. I love the light coming from the right as the sun sets (or rises). Way to go. |

4 - I do really like this shot and think it does depict the era well (as a photo in a time capsule for future generations) but, yes, in my opinion, only needed the year, as well as that was my interpretation of the Challenge. Criticism; sepia maybe would have worked better to help depict the 'feel' of the era, but I do really like the colors you have here. kperhaps a slightly different angle and a little 'straightening'. Looks and 'feels' like an early morning. Up to 4 from 3. With just the year, 7. |

FInally! Someone who followed directions, used the year for the title and submitted a GOOD photo. You deserve a 10! |

This is really striking. Almost like I am standing there looking. You can feel the sun. Good luck. |

I like the way this captures the time period. A little more fill flash on the front of the building would have helped some. Otherwise verynice shot. |

Good shot, crop it a bit tighter on the right to take away some of the harsh glare. |

This definitely fits into the challenge. The sky is a bit distracting with the brightness. Maybe a graduated neutral density filter would have helped. |
