A reshoot of one of my earlier photos. Summer Rain

My Nephew Kong, he's 2, but he wants to do everything alone.
He's holding the umbrella, but he's not strong enough so he's soaking wet. But don't try to help him, he will cry!

I need another 6+ Please vote me a 6+ ;)

Nice image, but the boys cheeks seem to have been overdone. They are too pale and look painted on. Too much dodging?

Such brilliant colors and a beautiful child. This a lovely shot however it seems a tad over-processed IMHO ;)

a wonderful image, probably going to ribbon. Good capture of water, and the facial expression just screams RAIN.

I have a pretty good idea of whose this is...

maybe a little bit to contrasty, showing a bit hot on his left cheek, excellent shot though, def. one of my favorites.

Good subject and posing. His face does look a little overexposed though. I realize these things are hard to fix, and personally, it doesn't lower my opinion of this photo because I don't see that as a flaw.

Nice emotion capture here and I love the fact that time appears to be standing still (raindrops suspended in midair). The tones seem a bit off to me, but great composition.

very nice! not sure whether i'm diggn' the soft focus, or gothis/diffuse glow. but then again, i guess it kinda adds to the wet, high moisture appeal of the image.
either way, great pic and i hope ya do well! :-))

Nice composition, effective rain, and an appealing little model. Quite high contrast on the skin tones, but I like that too. 7

This is the best one so far! I love the expression, the cropping, the colors! Very well done. The only minor distraction is the bottom right corner with the bright green area...not sure if a selective desaturation might have helped that. But it's so minor of a point! I wonder if it's a thai child perhaps ;)
I hope it ribbons. Perfect 10!

Great capture- his emotions reflect the mood that rain often conveys and your lighting is very well done here. I'm voting for a ribbon
