| I can't see how this represents the year 0, sorry! - It could be any year, and so wouldn't mean much in a time capsule. Good shot though. (Although lens flare spoils it for me) |

| I like the comp, but the flare doens't work for me here. I feel it detracts from the shot. |

| A good idea perhaps. I find my eye wandering the image looking for an anchor point, but not finding any strong subject or focal point. And, maybe it is what you were going for, but I find the bright sun hot spot and the blown out grass unappealing. |

| I really like the look of the tree on the right. The impact of your photo, as it relates to the challenge isn't working for me. It could just as easily have been titled Year 1999. The strong sun flares are quite distracting for me. JMO. |
