| Excellent. The red veins add so much intrest to an otherwise plain image. The dark shadows bring the red out even more. |

| There are just so many of these shots in this challenge; there's good stuff here - the detail and exposure of the main subject leaf is really well executed, and the sense of reflected light is strong. The de-sat of the background annoys me - just a personal thing, but it feels like being forced into the image, where it should draw me of its own merits. |
