 I was on my way to work when my windshield was freshly covered from the rain, i took a few fast shots and rushed off to work. i didn't notice the increadible colors in the droplets till i got them on my computer. i contrasted the picture a bit so you can't see as well into the car, but it's fairly origional. scratches and all.

Well I always say "photography is 30% skill and 70% luck" this situation just cements my theory. The picture is nicely done. I wouldn't have admitted to the rush shot though. It could have been a shot that was very well thought out. Too bad there. Focus seems to be done well. It captures the detail in the rain well and the DOF fades off nicely. The color is pretty cool. Not sure where it was cast from but it looks great. Lighting could have been a bit better but obviously you had no control there. Everything else just falls into place. Congrats on a very "Lucky" shot.

Nice droplets. I'd remove the three blue dots in the balck area.

The reflections are what make this photo, but it's too bad they go so far out of focus on the far side. It takes away from the shot, makes it too busy.

Nice glistening effects, but I'm not sure the subject matter holds my interest personally. It's a pretty good shot technically though - focus & DOF aren't bad.

Beautiful colors. I love the purple and turquoise. Not overly interesting, but the hues are lovely.

I like the colours and bokeh. It's a unique view of a mundane subject. Interesting.

the image feels like it's lacking a focal point, as in there's nothing "interesting" for my eyes to grab onto. 5
