Subject is too dark. Try adjusting levels or curves and cropping / rotating a bit. |

I like the rain streaks, but the lighting is a bit too blown for my taste in this case. Also, I can't tell what the object is. A thermometer or a building? I have no reference for scale or context, and I don't think this is really an abstract shot. |

This isn't a shot that really grabs me, yet I do think there are aspects that are noteworthy. I think it's great of the actual rain. Not sure what the protruding object is in the bottom of the photograph - a rain gauge? Also, the light is distracting - too bright and invasive. Like I said though - it's still a somewhat pleasing shot and a difficult one to comment on. |

The composition seems to work however the bright area in the top left is very distracting as is the underexposed tower. Exposing more for the tower and cropping out the upper left corner I think would have worked better. |
