Thanks all for the votes and comments. Cheated on the rain, used a hosepipe to simulate the drops. Shutter speed of 1/60 to great the streaks..

Like the rain on the back layer. The pink flowers are in focus and they look like paper.

Nice lighting. Looks almost like a dancer. Seemed a little flat. I don't really know. I like the image but something bothers me, but I can't figure out what. Once I see the other comments, maybe I'll better be able to figure out what is tugging at me. Gave it a 7.

nice.
would have liked more of it in focus (the things closer to the lens) like those green buds in the center, i find my eye being drawn to them. but the shallow DOF (that i believe caused the blurred areas) has really worked in your favor in other ways, such as really blurring the background, making the flowers your center focus.

Another wet flower shot. Very nice with the streaking rain in the background, though I'd expect to see it bouncing of the flower as well.

That is the best flower shot so far in my opinion. That would have score high also in Long Exposure challenge. The falling rain effect is really beautifull. 9
