This one will probably the be voted down as theres not much to it.. I like it as far as the technical part and the settings I used to be able to see the rain even on the boat..I had many other shot of my kids that I could of entered but I just didnt feel like I had done my best with them.. I have come to terms with this ... shoot test shots first then shoot kids if you want to make sure the settings are correct in your camera for the affect you are after...

That ducky really gets around : )

It's easy to see that effort went into making this - the rubber ducky is a nice touch! The image has some problems for me, though: I wish the blue plastic thing weren't there, the fence confuses me because I can't figure out what that silver thing is at the left of it, and the baby in the foreground is overexposed.

A bit busy. Too much in the picture. Not sure where to look.

this is very snapshot like... the little oys shirt is a bit blown... nothing much to say really except probably a better composition of the image... the viewers eye (mine) is lead away from the image because my eye tends to follow what the little boy is looking at and when i look... there's hardly anything there except for the blocks and the rubber duck :( 5

Looks like could be interesting shot. Not crazy about the "squeezed" look or the blown out sky. Still, has some appeal, but fact that can't see kids expressions detracts too.

Can't see any rain, though it's implied, so IMO this shot barely meets the challenge. Congrats on catching the kids in poses like that at the same time, it's tough. Not much interest for me in this shot. The white shirt is blown out, on-camera flashes at close range are tough.

This just seems like a snapshot. There is alot going on here, although I like the sentiment. I think just the boy on the left with the umbrella might've made a better subject by himself, but you'd have to change the title.

Scares me, looks like the little one is trying to climb in ...

This is a pretty cluttered composition. There's way too much going on here and I don't really know what the focal point's supposed to be.

fill flash is a bit strong and doesn't create drama. i'm not sure where the older kid is looking at. feels set up with the letter blocks and the ducky. 4

I like this shot a lot, but the distortion on the faces spoils it. Extreme care needs to be taken at focal lengths below 20mm. The flash is a bit too strong. Also, the umbrella covers the eyes of the girl which is a no-no in my book. Still a great shot though which is quirky and engaging.

Yes, it is raining and wet. Meets challenge. Probably would be better to have the children facing the camera.
