 I worked for several days trying to get the right dairy idea and then this one hit me. I poured the syrup and let it run down the inside and outside of the glass. I placed it on a black mat board in the light of a paned window. I did some minor cropping and adjusted curves.

i love the shot, but can see how it didn't score higher. personally, i wouldn't change a thing, because i shoot for myself. to me, this is wonderful just the way it is.

Well, I don't really understand the picture. If this is before stirring the milk, why is it spilling over? It doesn't really interest me, that and this is yet another glass of milk out of many.

This is a good photo and I so like how the milk is to the side and there is a shadow but the chocolate running down the side of the cup and the milk just sitting there. Maybe the spoon should be stirred while taking the photo.

This would have looked better if the glass above the milk was crysal clear, except for the chocolate. Glass has some distracting shadows.

I love this one! LOVE it! The dark elegant backdrop, and the chocolate oozing on the side of the glass! Makes me want to go get myself a big glass of ice cold chocolate milk :)
