Beg your pardon, but some people just don't know "texture" when they see it.
Smartly photographed, technically excellent. I should have voted in that Challenge. If I had, your score would have gone up a fraction of a percentile or two.

| really nice shot. colors are strong, focus very good and composition interesting. the oof part up-per right is slightly distracting, but the overalll effect more than makes up for it. the lighting is a bit flat for emphasizing the textures |
