| Very well lit and posed! The muscle definition and skin texture is just right. I'm not sure he needs that much empty space above his head, and the black frame against the nearly black background doesn't really help. But this is still my favorite of the male nudes. 9 |

| The composition is very good and complements the model. I like the the light on the background but there doesn't seem to be quite enough to get good separation in some areas like the legs and the arms or perhaps this is because the contrast was adjusted to much. I don't think the border was needed. To me, it looks like something is in the picture and blocking the back leg, as that is the only area that it really shows up. |

| Whomever he is would he like to visit California? LOL, thanks for the eye candy and perfect exposure. I might like his left hand tilted just a hair towards us so we could see the delineation of the fingers as well as we see the muscle/bony definititon elsewhere. |

| Good choice of model for this type of shot. Pose seems a bit awkward to me... It feels just not totally right in the composition of the shot. Maybe it would have helped if the body was put more into a diagale (ie. pointing the left arm toward the top left corner, or something similar). Very nice lighting. Feels like there was a lot of burning to get rid of the background, which we still see some of it around the body... Don't know if it was intentional or not. Nice color. 7 |

| Very greek pose, with a very greek model. Very good choice. I think the shiny skin may be a bit much for me, and makes it look very forced, or more like a bodybuilding contest than a figure study. It just doesn't appeal to me as much as a less glossy finish may have been for me. |

| You need that leafy crown around your head. Well, I am not a fan of male nudes, but I can appreciate great use of light and shadows when I see it. I am guessing this will do very well - it does have a great dramatic impression and there's lots o' women folk here who will most assuredly rate this highly. Well done. |

| Fascinating pose for a nude. It certainly accentuate the models upper body. I would have liked to have seen more light on hisback arm and on his legs so the musle tone followed through the whole model. |
