Good composition and balance of these two subjects. The baby's hair is absolutely adorable. I really like the black and white in this shot.

Very good pose. The background is a little distracting - looks flat - like a portrait studio. Tone pretty good - may have been enhanced by a better background. Crop and composition very good - suits image. 7 good luck in the challenge!

Very lovely shot of a mother and child. I think the background is a bit distracting, as that dark corner keeps pulling my eyes up to it.

Love the message here. It shows peace & love to me.
I don't know how the desat was done, but maybe by playing around with the channels e.g. using the yellow-green dsaturation the veins wouldn't be so noticeable under the skin.

Very emotive photo. Great concept and title to go with it. I really like how the mother is gazing down upon the infant. Good dof. Good choice of background, I can see where many people trying this shot would not put enough thought into the background, and it could easily take away from the image, you have avoided that nicely. Good choice of framing. Nicely done. :-)

Great shot. I feel very warm when I look at this photo. I think the only thing I would have changed is the mothers hand, I think you should be able to see more of the baby. Good luck.

A great image showing a mothers love for her newborn. I would have cropped a bit on the right side. Good even lighting, the black and white works well, though I do think it could use a tad more contrast. Good job and good luck.

I think I'd crop out part of the left and most of her hand, just showing her thumb. It would still have the same effect and the nude quality would still exist. Nice use of toning and contrast. I'd love to see some light skimming over their shoulders or faces.
