well i do like the framing of the bottom hills, how they are black, but i think they also create a bit of a boxy feeling. If the hill had just gone over one corner of the frame i think i would have like that part more. very nice color and texture in the sunlight streaming through the mountins onto the water. I am not sure i am a big fan of the tall format of the image. I am not quite sure why though. perhaps the blue on the very top seems distracting to me and pulls my eye away from what is REALLY interesting.. the sun and clouds, interacting with the cliffs.
just my thoughts.

| I think I'd like this even more if you brightened it up a bit with curves so it showed a little more detail in the clouds and foreground |

| A difficult esposure that you have handled nicely. Like that lighting particularly of the mountain or plateau as the cae may be. Great Sky, like all the levels of dark and light and colors. |

| Great capture... I love the colors and the "feel" of the image. My only nitpick is that there is no "&" or "and" in the title. I feel it's necessary for this particular challenge. But that is only a minor nitpick - 8 |
