Hello from the critique club !!

I have to agree with other commentors about the photo being too dark. I have to position my laptop trying to find out the 'lonely' part. Its dark and cars. Since your subject is the person, he should get more attention than the cars.

Again majority of the photo is black with no detail. Looking at the photo, looks like you used either levels or curves or then duotoned it make it that dark which wasn't before in the original. To me it looks like you went too far.

My suggestions would be to use most part of the photo and dark shouldn't meant no details, yes it could be that ways if used creatively, but thats not so common.

don't get discouraged and keep shooting :)

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me by PM

I could barely make out anything in this photo and I had my monitor calibrated and it still is too dark. Work on exposure, if you have questions about that area, lots of people on the forums will help or PM me and I will try to help, although I am no expert. Just don't get discouraged, we all have had our share of over and under exposed photos, sometimes that's the toughest thing to control .

It took me a moment to recognize the person on the left as my eyes are drawn away from him and to the light on the cars - which for me, become the main focus of your photo.

It's too dark, it's hard to see what is happening.

This is a nice shot but too dark IMHO, but I like the atmosphere you have captured.
