 Self Portrait Series Outakes.

And the cat was there voluntarily..LOL!! She loves to be in photos!!

The setup was very easy. A black backdrop, wooden floor and two 300W lights on either side of me.

Oh and a cat and a self timer!

You could have considered a different, but more risky title for this one. Seriously - very good shot, with modest lighting and appropriate pet placement!

haha, the lighting (and male curiosity) leads the eyes down from the top down to - whoa, i'm about to be pounced. very clever. and cooperative cat.

A great visual pun, fantastic lighting, wonderful expressions, great poses (especially the cat), superb sharpness and great use of the negative space. In case you didn't read between the lines correctly, I think that this is an absolutely brilliant shot.

How symbolic!!! You couldn't have posed it better.

Love the back lighting and the legs coming out almost in a winglike position. Very cool and it demands a second look!!!!

the Red tones of the floor seem to take away from the cat and causes to pull away from the white areas in your photo.

The red overtones seems to be balanced due to the red tones of the floor. Why is there vignetting happening at the lower corners? I think the light is a bit harsh on your hair but that's just my honest opinion. Great job Judi :)
