I wish this shot were less busy. I had to search for a while to find the snake, and the rest of the stuff seems totally irrelivent. |

Ok I see you used the florescent light on the tank to take the shot to avoid glare, but lighting quility is poor and makes bad colors. To avoid that use a lense hood and be right on the glass with it, then use a flash or other outside lighting, avoids the glar problem and gets better light |

I think the white balance is a bit off in this picture. It seems like the magenta saturation is too high giving it a purple hue. |
