 Found a cute little cemetery on some country road.

Sky blew out but that's all right IMO.

Cropped it, black and white, adjusted contrast slightly and cloned out a small imperfection on one of the gravestones.

For me, the majority of your photo (grasses) are close in tonal value to the long casted shadow and only the top portion of the photo contains "high contrast."

Very cool idea. Not sure it is all it could be though. I think a lot of detail/focus is lost (not sure if it's due to the original or the crop) and I think maybe the upper portion of the image is a bit too washed out. Yes, I know this is supposed to be high contrast (and it is very contrasting), but something just isn't quite clicking for me personally. Wish I could be more specific - maybe it's just my taste. Still, not a bad shot.

nice contrast, but a main focal point is missing for me. i mean, i get the long shadow reference and all, but there's enough other stuff going on to take away from the nice lines it produces. all in all a nice entry.

The angle of the tombstones are off. The horizon is level but the stone are the ones that should be. Perhaps a 1degree rotation CCW would have corrected this and made for a more appealing photo. I do like the elongated shadow tho. Good luck in this challenge. <4>
