You captured the curves in this image very nicely, lending calm and serenity to the image. The dark area in the top right contrasts nicely with the lighter colors of the beach in the lower left. You did a very good job on composing this shot. A little bit more sharpness. I rate this image a six. O.k. O.k. a ten with a little bit of work. ;~) |

For me, compared to others in this challenge there isn't an overall sense of "High Contrast". Your photo does however remind me of a nice vacation shot and I just want to walk barefoot along the shore. :-) |

Beach, sand, trees, sky? A bit over exposed and looks to be just a snap shot. Sorry doesn't stand out in any way. |

I like this, but think that bumping up the contrast with curves or levels would have helped the image. Also, I would have preferred it with a larger depth of field. |
