Pros: Excellent use of gray tones. I really like the composition and angle here. I'm a sucker for railroad tracks too. Even your frame was well done in my opinion.

Cons: none - just a wonderful photo

I am not sure about the frame, but great thinking with this.

hmmm...would have been cooler if the pic was closer to where it splits

You have a winner. This is excellent. The frame helps the image a lot. 9

Nice interpretation. I may have picked the spot where it branches from itself to accent it but I like how its included. Good job.

I think this would have been more effective if you had taken it from a lower point of view and showed more of the tracks going off into the distance.

Nice lines and composition. Good focus and I think the B/W works well. Not sure about the border though.

I think this picture would be more interesting if it had been cropped with the tracks off center.

Nice job on this shot. I like your choice to show detail in the track. Again...nice job.

Strong tonal range usage. The composition is off for me - too centered and not enough of the actual branching. I think a slightly lower shooting angle would have given a stronger composition. I do like the hardware in the foreground. 6

The subject which is the branch takes a backseat by being too far away from the viewer and thus out of focus. I like the different approach though.

think the perspective would be a little bit better by the camera being just a little lower
