This is a really beautiful shot, but something that stands out to me that might be improved upon is the darkness of the barn. It's not quite dark enough to be a silhouette, yet, not bright enough to show any detail. I'd prefer this to be one way or another. Most likely look better as a silhouette. As it is, we can still see SOME of the details of the sides of the barn, but not enough at all to be interesting.
The angle and framing/cropping are good in my opinion. And the color is simply beautiful.
Your focus and clarity are really good. Even though we can't see much detail, the outter lines of the barn are nice and crisp, and we can see a little tiny light to the right of the photo. I also like the way the sky shows through the missing boards of the barn.
I think this qualifies for home. It could be part OF your home. Overall a very nice shot to look at.

The colours are great and the composition seems to work. A little more exposure though I think would add to the impact. |

Great photo, but like you said, barn, not home, unless you live with the animals. I first saw it and thought, if it was a home being built, this would be a 10. |

Gotta love that sky. I like how the sky is seen through the holes in the building - gives it that old worn out charm. 8 |

Awesome colors, but they look oversaturated. This is still a good pic, definitely one of the better ones IMO. Nice work |

What a neat shot. I think it might even look better if you increased the saturation a bit. |

I'm not sure what the composition restrictions were, but it'd be nice if you could've framed it from a different angle so that the big trailer to the left of the bldg weren't showing. Awesome colors! |

Is this really your home? hehe just joshin.
The light coming through the barn slats really sets this picture's tone of 'an old barn'. End of the day... end of the barn's life. I like. However, it seems to be just a little too dark. I know it's supposed to be sunset but still. 8 |
